Orders & Shipping

1.How long does Vervit take to dispatch an order?

Vervit orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after successful order confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2.How long will my order take to deliver?

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days across most locations in India. Remote areas or non-serviceable pin codes may take 7–10 business days depending on courier availability.

3.How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking link to check the live delivery status of your order.

4.Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Vervit offers free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout before payment.

5.What happens if I enter the wrong address?

If the order has not been dispatched, contact Vervit support immediately to update your address. Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible. Vervit is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6.What if my order is delayed?

Delivery delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, or remote location service limitations. If your order is delayed, contact Vervit support with your order number and our team will help track it.

Returns & Exchanges

1.Does Vervit offer returns?

Vervit does not offer returns for change of mind, dislike after delivery, wrong selection, or personal preference. We follow an exchange-only policy for eligible unused products.

2.What is Vervit’s exchange policy?

Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and packed with original packaging, tags, invoice, care card, and all accessories.

3.What products are eligible for exchange?

Products may be eligible for exchange if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Exchange can be requested for size issues, style change, wrong product received, damaged product received, or defective product received, subject to quality inspection.

4.What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item?

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Please share your order number, clear product photos, packaging photos, an unboxing video from the sealed package, and a short explanation of the issue.

5.Is an unboxing video required?

Yes, for damaged, wrong, defective, or missing item claims, an unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time. Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

6.Can earrings and nose rings be exchanged?

For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose rings are not eligible for exchange once opened, tried, or worn. Exchange may be accepted only if the item is received damaged, defective, or wrong, and the issue is reported within 48 hours with proper proof.

1.How should I care for my Vervit jewellery?

Keep your jewellery away from water, sweat, perfume, sanitizer, lotion, makeup, and harsh chemicals. Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or box after use.

2.Can I wear Vervit jewellery daily?

Yes, Vervit jewellery is designed for premium everyday styling. However, to maintain shine and finish for longer, avoid wearing it while bathing, swimming, sleeping, exercising, or during heavy sweating.

3.Is Vervit jewellery waterproof?

Vervit jewellery should be kept away from water and moisture. To protect the plating and shine, avoid exposing the jewellery to water, sweat, humidity, perfume, sanitizer, and chemicals.

4.How do I clean my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after use. Do not use water, soap, alcohol, sanitizer, jewellery cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the finish.

5.How should I store my jewellery?

Store each jewellery piece separately in its original box, pouch, or a dry airtight jewellery case. Avoid keeping multiple pieces together, as rubbing can cause scratches or damage.

6.Does Vervit jewellery come with a warranty?

Yes, eligible Vervit products come with a 6-month plating warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers unusual plating discoloration or tarnishing under normal use, subject to inspection and approval.

Payment

1.What payment methods does Vervit accept?

Vervit accepts online payment methods such as UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, and supported wallet options. Available payment options will be shown at checkout.

2.Is Cash on Delivery available?

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders and serviceable pin codes. COD availability will be shown at checkout.

3.Is online payment safe on Vervit?

Yes, Vervit uses secure payment gateways to process online payments. Your payment information is handled securely by the payment provider and is not stored by Vervit.

4.What should I do if payment is deducted but my order is not confirmed?

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact Vervit support with your payment proof, transaction ID, phone number, and email address. Our team will verify the payment and assist you with order confirmation or refund as applicable.

5.Are COD charges refundable?

COD charges, shipping charges, convenience fees, and gift packaging charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product approved by the Vervit team.

6.Can I change my payment method after placing the order?

Once an order is placed, the payment method usually cannot be changed. If your order has not been dispatched, you may contact Vervit support for assistance.

1.Do I need an account to place an order?

You may be able to place an order using your phone number, email, and shipping details. Creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and manage your shopping experience more easily.

2.How can I check my order details?

You can check your order details through your order confirmation email, SMS, WhatsApp update, or your Vervit account if you created one while placing the order.

3.I entered the wrong phone number or email. What should I do?

Contact Vervit support as soon as possible with your order number and correct contact details. If the order has not been shipped, our team will try to update your information.

4.Can I save multiple addresses in my account?

If account features are enabled, you may save and manage multiple addresses for faster checkout in future orders.

6.How can I delete or update my account information?

To update or request deletion of your account information, contact Vervit support from your registered email or phone number. Our team will guide you through the required process.
