Tracking FAQs
Where do I find my AWB / tracking number?
Once your order is dispatched, we send an email + SMS with your AWB number and a direct tracking link. The AWB is usually 8–14 digits long.
My tracking isn’t updating — what should I do?
Couriers usually update status every 12–24 hours. If you don’t see movement for 48+ hours, message us with your order number and AWB and we’ll escalate with our courier partner.
When will my order be delivered?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days.
Remote pin codes: 7–10 business days.
Dispatch itself takes 24–48 hours after the order is placed.
I missed the delivery — what now?
The courier will attempt delivery again on the next working day. You’ll receive a call before each attempt. If you miss two attempts, the package returns to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.
I received a damaged or wrong product — what should I do?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video of the sealed package. Details on our Exchange & Damage Protection Policy.
