Warranty Policy

Every Vervit piece is quality-checked before dispatch and finished with premium plating to retain its shine. We back our craft with a transparent warranty that protects you against plating defects under normal use.

Please read the warranty terms carefully before placing your order so you know what is and isn’t covered.

Warranty Coverage

Vervit’s 6-month warranty covers plating-related issues under normal usage.

The warranty covers:

  • Unusual plating discoloration
  • Unusual tarnishing under normal use
  • Manufacturing defects noticed after delivery
  • Faulty clasp, lock, or closure due to manufacturing issue

Warranty coverage is subject to inspection and approval by the Vervit quality team.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery.

Warranty claims raised after 6 months from the delivery date will not be accepted.

To claim warranty, the customer must provide a valid order number or purchase proof.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by usage, mishandling, or improper care.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches, dents, or marks caused by usage
  • Breakage due to pulling, bending, dropping, or mishandling
  • Stone, pearl, crystal, or bead loss due to impact or rough usage
  • Damage caused by perfume, sanitizer, lotion, makeup, chemicals, or cleaning agents
  • Damage caused by water exposure, sweat, humidity, or improper storage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Colour change caused by repeated exposure to moisture, sweat, chemicals, or sunlight
  • Products that are repaired, altered, or modified by a third party
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Free gifts, gift cards, clearance items, or final sale products
  • Products without valid order proof

Jewellery is a delicate product and must be handled with care. Warranty will not apply if the product shows signs of misuse, rough handling, or poor storage.

Water, Sweat & Chemical Exposure

Vervit jewellery should be kept away from water, sweat, perfume, sanitizer, lotion, makeup, and harsh chemicals.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to these elements.

For longer shine and better durability, we recommend wearing your jewellery after applying perfume, lotion, or makeup, and storing it in a dry pouch or box after every use.

Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim, contact Vervit support with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear video showing the issue
  • Short explanation of the problem
  • Date of delivery

Once received, the Vervit quality team will review the claim.

If required, the customer may be asked to send the product back for inspection.

Warranty Resolution

After inspection and approval, Vervit may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Repair, if possible
  • Replacement with the same product, if available
  • Exchange with another product of equal value
  • Store credit, if the same product is unavailable

Refunds are not provided under warranty claims unless Vervit is unable to offer repair, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Reverse Pickup for Warranty Claims

For approved warranty cases, Vervit may arrange reverse pickup wherever courier service is available.

If reverse pickup is not available at the customer’s pin code, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by Vervit support.

Shipping or reverse pickup charges may apply depending on the claim type and inspection result.

Inspection & Approval

All warranty claims are subject to quality inspection.

Vervit reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if:

  • The product shows signs of misuse or mishandling
  • The issue is caused by water, sweat, perfume, sanitizer, chemicals, or improper storage
  • The product is damaged due to pulling, bending, dropping, or impact
  • The warranty period has expired
  • Valid purchase proof is not provided
  • The product has been repaired or altered by a third party

The final decision on warranty approval will be made by the Vervit quality team.

Jewellery Care Instructions

To maintain the shine and finish of your Vervit jewellery:

  • Keep jewellery away from water, sweat, perfume, sanitizer, lotion, and chemicals
  • Wear jewellery after applying makeup, perfume, or skincare products
  • Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, sleeping, or exercising
  • Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or box
  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth after use
  • Avoid pulling, bending, dropping, or rough handling

Proper care helps extend the life and shine of your jewellery.
