Shipping Policy

At Vervit, every jewellery piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. We aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and in premium condition.

Please read our shipping policy before placing your order. Vervit ships only within India at this time.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed successfully, it usually takes 24–48 business hours to process and dispatch the order.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During sale periods, festive seasons, new launches, or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeline is:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations: 7–10 business days, depending on courier availability

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or incorrect address details.

Shipping Charges

Vervit offers free shipping on orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Any COD charges, convenience fees, or gift packaging charges, if applicable, will also be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Customers can use the tracking link to check the delivery status of their order.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact Vervit support.

Delivery Address

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Pin code
  • Active phone number
  • Alternate phone number, if possible

Vervit will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address/contact details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once, depending on their service policy.

If the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to courier calls, the order may be marked as undelivered and returned to Vervit.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply if the customer wants the order to be shipped again.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, customers are requested to keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.

COD orders may be verified by call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Vervit reserves the right to cancel COD orders if order verification is incomplete, the address appears incorrect, or the customer is unreachable.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact Vervit support with payment proof. In such cases, we will verify the transaction and assist you with order confirmation or refund as applicable.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Item During Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a claim, please share:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging
  • Unboxing video from the sealed package
  • Short explanation of the issue

The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time. Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

After verification, Vervit may offer replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund only if replacement or exchange is not possible.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

After delivery, customers may request exchange only if the product is eligible under Vervit’s Exchange & Damage Protection Policy.

Delayed Delivery

Vervit works with trusted courier partners, but delivery delays may happen due to reasons beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disruptions
  • Incorrect address details
  • Customer unavailability
  • Remote pin code service limitations

In case of delay, our support team will help track the order with the courier partner.

Lost Shipment

If a shipment is marked lost by the courier partner, Vervit will investigate the issue.

After confirmation from the courier partner, Vervit may arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

International Shipping

Currently, Vervit ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at the moment.
